Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via USPS or United Parcel Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground: Should arrive in 3-7 days
• Two-Day: Should arrive in 2 business days
• Overnight: Should arrive the following business day
Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
International:
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Moderne Monocle is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
P.O. Boxes
All orders using our free shipping via USPS can be shipped to P.O. boxes. UPS 2 day mail will not ship to P.O. boxes
