We want you to be completely satisfied with your Moderne Monocle purchase. If for ANY reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on all unworn items within 30 days.

Once you receive your RA number;
Please pack the monocle in it’s original packaging and include the order number in the parcel. Please specify if it is a return or exchange. Moderne Monocle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit so please ship with tracking.
- For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
- For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company’s processing time
Any items that have a quality defect or if the customer should receive the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com for a return label.
